• @jashapiro ? google reader helps because you add your other reading into the mix. also you can get feeds for twitter replies, you+friends #
• @jashapiro for example, you can take a Facebook friend’s posted item and just press share to send it to your Twitter. #
• I’m aware that Yoonoo and Flock and Digsby have some of this functionality built-in, as does FF…but i will detail my case for G Reader #
